This Sunday my cousin from Wasilla, Alaska is playing at Harper’s Ferry.  Not many of you know, but when I was 20yrs old I moved to Alaska for a summer and lived with him and his family. Now that Johnny is all grown up it’s amazing to see how far he has taken his music career. I sang back-up on his latest release Censored Colors although you wouldn’t be able to tell because there are like 5,000 voices on the thing. The band is pretty hard to pin down. It’s At the Drive in, Flaming Lips, Zeppelin, Yes, and the Beach Boys yet Alaskan. Anyway maybe I’ll see some of you on Sunday…
